We will guide you through the entire process
—from design consultation to production—

How does the process work after placing an order?
1.After your order is completed,
we will ship the self-impression kit to you.
2.Take your dental impression at home.
(⚠️ Please make sure to check the “Self Kit” guide.
We are not responsible for issues caused by not following instructions.)
3.Send clear photos of your impression via Instagram DM
for verification.

4.Once approved,
please send your completed impression to Fitguard HQ.

Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
5.After we receive your impression,
design and production will begin.
6.Your finished mouthguard will be shipped to your address.
When will my order be shipped?
Self-impression kits are shipped the same day
for orders placed before 4 PM (KST).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
Our company is based in South Korea,
and we offer international shipping to most countries,
with a few exceptions depending on the region.
